Introducing a new fabric for us, Chevron Cotton (short for Chevron Textured Cotton). For those of you who love natural fibers, but don't like the thought of ironing, this is the perfect fabric. It is medium weight woven, very textured fabric that wears really well, and doesn't need ironing. Although it is a woven, it is very forgiving, not rigid at all. In fact it has about 15% give to it horizontally, so it acts a bit like a stretch fabric.
And for the first time, I am finally able to get whatever colors I want....I am having this fabric dyed especially for Peaches. I'm hoping you love this fabric as much as I do, and I'll be able to continue carrying it, and adding to the color palette as we go along. *The dyes used are reactive dyes that won't fade or run.
Chevron Cotton will shrink a little bit on the initial washing. Please note that all lengths given are taken from garments that have been laundered and shrunk, so we're giving you the finished lengths. When you first receive your new Chevron Cotton items, they will be longer than the listed measurement, to account for the shrinkage factor. If you happen to want to avoid that shrinkage, simply hang dry your garment instead of machine drying it, but we're assuming that most of you will want to machine wash and machine dry these items, cause hey, it's the fastest way to get on the road again! (On average, tunics and pants will shrink 2" in length, and a long dress will shrink 3", so we cut them that much longer to begin with).
If you don't see your favorite style listed, check with us, it probably can be made in the Chevron Fabric. Pretty much anything that is in Linen or Denim will also work in the Chevron Cotton. Call or email if you have questions! Email is firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 888-274-7499.
Only Pinkberry is left!
